Workshop Description: Mosaic overlay crochet is a fun way to apply designs and images to projects large and small. It creates a plush fabric that is great for everything from hot pads to blankets. We will learn the technique by making a small hot pad following a mosaic crochet chart. Mosaic crochet can result in many loose ends to weave in, so we will also learn different methods of finishing to work in or hide the ends.

Materials: Smooth worsted weight yarn in 2 colorsUS Size H (5mm) hook or hook in the size appropriate for yarn

Basic stitching supplies: stitch markers, scissors, tapestry needle, etc.

This class is 3 hours.
